Our four pillars extend to both our clients and our employees; transparency, collaboration, relationships and results. Our transparent culture means everyone from management to new employees are on the same page and know where the company is heading. We collaborate through weekly meetings or whenever one is needed to discuss an issue or new idea, and our unique “Employer Review” annual event allows the employees to review the company and provide feedback and new ideas that are implemented as quickly as possible. Relationships are formed through weekly Friday Beers and games, and team outings in our great neighborhood of Boston’s West End.
